Community Field Project
Representatives from the Town of Philipstown, Haldane School, Garrison School and the Village of Cold Spring have formed the Athletic Fields Group to develop an all inclusive plan for athletic fields in Philipstown. Our goal is to develop a plan that best meets the needs of all athletic groups in the most effective way possible for the community.
